If you want to change or modify the boring blue logon background image or picture in windows seven just follow my instruction.
1.click on start menu then type regedit into search box now Open or click on regedit.exe
2.now go to this registry location Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background
3.now selete OEMBackground & Double Click on It or modift it.
4.now you can see edit box like this picture.
